Manage your departures and activities | Agents

In this article, we will show you how to manage your activities by understanding the Dashboard and Activities sections within the application.


Through the Dashboard  , you will be able to manage/view your day-to-day departures for each of the activities that you add to your account.

Use one of the filters (by date, by occupancy, or by activity) to customize your dashboard timeline view.

To get more details about departures, click the highlighted periods located within the timeline. 

Once you have done that, you will be at the Departure section, where you can check:

  • Departure date and time.
  • Occupancy status.
  • Total payments received and total amount due.
  • Contact information for each of the payers and the status of their payment.

Note: Click Create a booking to make a new reservation to the desired activity.


If you wish to make any changes to any of your activities, navigate to the Activities section  .

To edit the information for an activity, click Actions > Edit activity. That will direct you to the editing page, where you can change all the information added when you first created the activity.

You can also create bookings for your activities based on a specific date. For that, click Quick book, which will show you all the available dates for the current month (e.g 08.01.2019 – 08.02.2019).
