Manage Your Departures and Products

In this article, we will show you how to manage your products by understanding the Dashboard and Products sections within the application.


Through the Dashboard, you will be able to manage/view your day-to-day departures for each of the products that you have added to your account.

Use filter by product or filter by occupancy to customize your dashboard timeline view.

To get more details about departures, click on any of the available highlighted departures on the timeline. 

Once you have done that, you will be at the Departure page, where you can check:

  • Departure date and time.
  • Occupancy status.
  • Total payments received and total amount due.
  • Contact information for each of the payers and the status of their payment.
  • Use the checkbox system to confirm who attended the product.

Note: Click Quick book to create a new reservation for the desired product.


If you wish to make any changes to any of your products, navigate to the Products section.

To edit the information for an product, click Three dots button > Edit product. That will direct you to the editing page, where you can change all the information added when you first created the product.

You can also create bookings for your products based on a specific date. For that, click Quick book, which will show you all the available dates for the current month (e.g 08.01.2019 – 08.02.2019). Next, click Book Now to proceed with the booking.

From this section you can also assign resources to your products. Click Three dots button > Assign Resources.
