How to View Partner Analytics and Generate Reports
In this article, we will show you how to use the Analytics section, and how to export reports.
Navigate to the Channel Manager by clicking on the icon located on the left-hand side navigation and selecting Analytics.
Within the analytics, you will be able to track the payments that your partners have received, and the revenue you are expected to receive.
For a more detailed view of the bookings created by your partners, you can click on the link located within the table under the column Booking.
You can use the following filters to get specifics on either activity, partner or time frame:
- Select Activity: To view analytics for a single activity or a combination of a few activities, select the ones you wish to filter and click on Apply. If the activity filter is not set then the graph and the table will display information related to all activities.
- Select Partner: Select one or more partners to be considered in the data analysis. If none is selected the graph will display information related to all partners. When you finish click on Apply to save the changes.
- Select Date Range: Use the associated calendar to select a starting and ending date for the analysis.
You can export the data for further analysis. For that, all you need to do is click on the button Export commission reports for selected partners or Export bookings information, depending on what data you need to export.
