How to start with Orioly?

Navigating the Marketplace

You have signed up for an agent account and are ready to find partners for which you want to resell the tours for.

Start by navigating to the Marketplace by clicking on the  icon located on the left-hand side navigation, and select the Marketplace option.

The Marketplace is sectioned in two parts Activities and Partners. 

Activities

Within this section, you will be able to find activities from all the suppliers that have an Orioly account. Once you have looked through the offer from all of the suppliers and have found one that you wish to resell, click on the Details button, and the following information will be displayed:

  • Name of the activity,
  • All available activities from the supplier,
  • Description of the activity,
  • Agency name, location, and address,
  • Agency website and email,
  • The number of available activities.

Once you are ready to send the request, all you need to do is click on the Send request to be the user’s agent button.

Once the request has been sent, you will be able to track all the requests from the My Partners section of the Channel Manager.

Partners

As supposed to the Activities section, here you will be able to search for suppliers and request a partnership through which you will be assigned, if the supplier has set it up on his account, all the available activities once the partnership is created.

Once you have found the partner to which you want to send the request to, click on the  icon located next to the supplier. From here you will be able to see information such as:

  • Company name,
  • List and number of available activities – the listed activities will be automatically assigned to you once the partnership is created,
  • Location and address of the company,
  • Agency website and email address,

Once you are ready to send the request, all you need to do is click on the Send request to be the user’s agent button.

NOTE: All the requests that you send, whether from the Activites or the Partners section, you will be able to track the status of the request in the My Partners section of the Channel Manager.
