Manage your Departures & Activities
In this article, we will show you how to manage your activities, by understanding the Dashboard and Activities sections within the application.
Through the Dashboard, you will be able to manage/view your day-to-day departures for each of the activities that you add to your account.
Use one of the filters (by date, by occupancy, or by activity) to manage your Dashboards timeline view.
To get a more detailed view of one of your departures, you can click on one of the departure times located within the timeline.
Once you have done that you will be able to see the information on:
- Departure date and time.
- Occupancy status.
- Total payments received and total amount due.
- Contact information for each of the payers and the status of their payment.
Within this section, you will also be able to create a booking, edit a booking, and print out the Departure list.
Any changes that you wish to make to any of your activities, can be done by navigating to the Activities section of the application.
To edit the information for an activity you can click on the Edit button. This action will lead you to the editing page, where you can change all the information added when you first created the activity;
You can also create bookings for your activities based on a specific date. For that, you just need to click on the Quick Book button, which will show you all the available dates for the current month (e.g 08.01.2019 – 08.02.2019).
