How to Manage your Activities
After going over the Marketplace and My Partners sections of the application, in this article, we will go through the My Activites section within the Channel Manager.
To get started click on the icon located on the right-hand side navigation, and select the My Activities option.
To view a list of agents and/or affiliates that have been assigned to any of your activities, click on the icon next to the activity name. Information in this section for each of the agents is:
- Partner name,
- Partner type (supplier, agent or affiliate),
- Excluded departures – you can set the dates on which the agent and his clients will be able to make the bookings on,
- Cut-off limit – set the number of tickets that the agent can resell
If any agents are assigned to the activity, they will be listed here. As in the My Partner section, you can also edit the partnership details from here by clicking on the icon next to the Partner name.
If you wish to assign an agent to this activity you can do so by clicking on the Assign agent/affiliate button located on the upper-right of the screen.
