We are happy to announce that we released a new and redesigned OTA channel manager!

During the past few months, our engineers put their best effort and redesigned a module of connecting your tours and activities to the world’s leading online travel marketplaces. We spent a vast amount of time working closely with our partners and different OTAs in order to make the process of adding new OTAs much faster.

As you probably know, your and our business today is all about making good opportunities even better. Selling your tours is way beyond doing bookings onsite or just on your website. In order to make our business grow, we need to leverage all possible sales channels and at the same time, optimize your time and effort.

You probably know what we preach – boost your online sales, connect to your local agents and use OTAs to make your business grow not just by using one sales channel.

For that reason, we worked on redesigning our existing channel manager so, in the future, we can add more OTAs without breaking a sweat. 

So what’s new?

The new OTA channel manager is available through the distribution navigation option in the main menu. 

We are currently supporting the following OTAs:

  • Viator
  • GetYourGuide
  • Expedia
  • TourRadar
  • ProjectExpedition
  • Musement
  • Tiqets

However, we have other OTA integrations coming really soon.

 

 

Mapping products and process automation 

For Expedia, Viator and GetYourGuide you will have to set up your product first on their end. Afterwards, you will have to export the CSV file and import it into Orioly.

For all other OTAs, you will be notified by our customer support and the process will be automated or done by our partners.

Better customer support

Every time you connect to a new OTA, our customer support team will get in touch with you and the OTA. We will work closely with a dedicated OTA account manager and help you onboard much faster.

Support for direct and centralized contracts

What we are working at the moment is an option that you can sign only one contract with Orioly and by using it, you will be able to connect with multiple OTAs at the same time. At the moment, this is still working progress, but in the following month, we believe this will also be covered.
